Anymore anywhere could require tac. Crazy world. But I think you did not mention one of the biggest differences. The tac has no medium mode. Just low and high. That is a big no for me. I get the coming on in high first, thus making it tactical, but having a medium would have made it more edc friendly. Many, like me, use medium more than anything else. Seems a huge miss to me and why I wont get either. The pro color and clip are not for me and the no medium on tac is a no. Bummer. Maybe down the road they will add it. Good video. I chose the third option, T1 pro V2. The reason is that the 1AA middle mode has a runtime of 24h. The price to pay is a drop to 26 lumens. One of the reasons I chose the V2 is because the T1 pro was not available, but I am happy with it.
nice pocket clip lol. btw it's easier to tap-click the T1 pro into turbo than doing the on-off-on. This way I don't really see a problem of it not being a self defense light, you'll learn to do it fast enough
The t1 pro tac I received has a bleeding beside the beam like a flower 🌸 not sure if they changed something or it’s a defect cuz it does get warm pretty quick as well.
@FlashLight Crazy I heard they are changing the LED in the T1 PRO. Have you heard about this? If it is true I wonder if the specs (lumens, candela, color temp) will be the same.
They put the more EDC-friendly emitter on the Pro Tac and the more defensive emitter on the Pro.

The warmer led takes my vote. I am sold on the T1 pro tac.
Yes, the pro tint makes the objects appear "brighter" being more white looking.
