Pretty sure the quality of NL's commentary is directly related to how little time/focus he has to actually think through what he's saying. So if he's frantically trying not to die in Tetris he just becomes a prophet.

Yep a lot of people think the lines are spread out if you attack multiple people, but they aren't. That's why a lot of people think there's hacking when they get 9 lines of garbage in 10s, turns out if 7 people are attacking you and you clear ONE line, you send 9 lines to each people as long as they don't delay or shorten it by clearing lines themselves. Shit's OP!

If you want to work on your T spins, look up a vid about setups to know what a T spin double setup looks like (The puyo puyo tetris vids are great for this, short and to the point), and try to always set one up at the start of the game, you'll have time to recover if you mess up and it'll help visualize them in the long run!
You can mod your ProCon Dpad if you want to use if for Tetris, it's a bit of work but shouldn't take more than 30min even if you don't know what you're doing, look up tape fix dpad switch pro controller, I put electrical tape under the Dpad rod at an angle pointing at the contacts and it's perfect now, never had a bad input since!
Hello NL, you need some practice/experience with you swap pieces my dude. I used to play waaaaaay too much tetris battle on facebook (max rank God of Tetris whoop whoop) and i can tell youre pretty good, swap pieces at better time (or keep them in mind better, whichever applies the most) and raw mechanical speed and youre golden.
NL heres my pro tip: never make a covered gap. Always place in a way that leaves the holes in one row. Also, if you have a covered hole, don't place a piece where it after clearing the row above it it falls and covers the hole again.
Getting into top 10 without KOing anyone is basically staying close to the outside of the ring in battle royals and not encountering anyone til the end

Stack maintenance is your main issue NL. If you watch Grand Master Tetris players they all have roughly the same strategy. Choose far left or right to be your garbage hole and then stack up your blocks in the closest thing to a rectangle you can manage. The lower you can keep your stack the better. Hope that helps you at least a little.
