New tengu girl is a Wolf Tengu, as opposed to a Crow Tengu. Oddly enough, the Kanji for tengu (天狗) can be literally translated to Heavenly Dog, so probably a play on that concept
BTW, small reminder that in the fight against the Seven Days, Raphael mentioned to Rimuru after Shion used her attack to break the Seven Day's spell.. that the same attack could possibly hurt Rimuru and Raphael wouldn't be able to do anything about it. It's worth while remembering just because Shion often gets overlooked with how powerful she is compared to the others, mainly since she normally isn't able to "flex" her skils as she's normally ether by Rimuru's side or leading other and "holding back" becuase of the fact she used to go overboard in the early days.
And the labyrinth's name will become "The tower of God"

That name is pronounced Me-your-mile.
The Girl leading the Tengu is obviously young, so maybe the wings are super short or not grown yet, as they maybe only grow as an adult tengu.
And she doesn't have a mask because this is an official audience and she needs to show her face when greeting someone. They all have Fox ears (i dont think those are cat ears), so she looks like a tengue, just not adult one is my guess.
If Rimuru releases his full aura, then the barrier will be broken.
In the Op, you see the leader(supposed) of the Tengu hanging off the arm of Bennimaru while the snake lady is looking exacerbated. Could be a hint if things to come given the name of the next episode
