Does resetting buds or wearable app help fix connection issues. I'm afraid to do that cuz I don't wanna lose anything For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed
no you dont, put both of them in and hold down the button and wait for a beep wait till the beep that you heard has like a low beeping like its pairing then connect it via bluetooth, hope this helps

You need permission from the old phone thats the issue. Smh
