Nick wrote me a nice note after I bought my first pair of 001s. Really admire the attention to customer service and commitment to challenging norms of footwear mediocrity. That’s why I have 7 pairs of Nordas - enough to keep me running into my 90s. Just can’t resist.
Love mine (001), I've tried many ones until I found those which have taking the crown from my all and long time favorites Hoka SpeedGoat 3. Congrats and long life to Norda
I'm a huge shoe nut, all kinds, I also love running and live right against the monteregiennes. I heard about Norda early on but never really moved into a full out trail show for lack of true technical terrain. I love cobbling and workmanship. I'm shocked that the company is borned and raised in my vicinity and happy to say I just purchased an 01 today.
Big fan of my Norda 001. I loved hearing them talk candidly about material problems they had at one point. I am one of those who bought a pair of 001 with the delamination problem and they did offer to replace them. For what it's worth I declined the replacement and my pair is pretty delaminated but otherwise still going strong after 700kms including a few 50k ultras.
@Believeintherun yeah that's why I decided to keep mine anyway. One of the whole point of Norda shoes is not throwing as many shoes away so I figured I'd do my part.
Same here. Rand delaminated after only 50km. Attempted to re-glue and carried on, but delaminated further. After hundreds of KMs, I am not in the least bothered. The shoes have soul and frankly look all the better for all there imperfections. Most comfortable trail shoes I have ever run in. 2/3rds of all KMs run this year have been done in that single pair of 001's.
I was there! What a great couple! Learned a lot about shoes even my sister who went and is not talking to me after the run part enjoyed the talk!!!! Thanks guys going to get my own pair!
This was great. I would have loved to hear more about the other models… I know they’re a trail running company.. but I’d love to see a road option. Fingers crossed

Thanks for the feedback! We had the same issue but more of a cosmetic thing, performance was still great
