      Bonjour Isabelle !

    Nice video, but you so much locked at streets of Eminönü and in front of stores. You could show some of the old architectures you mentioned in the captions.
    As you mentioned, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, Basilica Cistern and Galata Tower are must to see. In addition to that I would visit Taksim, İstiklal Avenue for shops, food and historical buildings, Karaköy for cafes, Galataport and Istanbul Modern, Beşiktaş for Dolmabahçe Palace and for night life and having drinks, Ortaköy to see neo-baroque Büyük Mecidiye Mosque and nice view under the Bosphorus bridge, Akaretler and Nişantaşı for sitting in cafes, drinking coffee or for desserts, Üsküdar to see Mihrimah Sultan Mosque from 16th century and to sit in a cafe in Kuzguncuk to sip tea while enjoying the view, Küçüksu Pavilion in Beykoz, Kadıköy again for night life and drinks or to sit in caffès to enjoy view, Baghdad Avenue for shopping and you can find good food across all these neighborhoods, it just depends on finding the good restaurants scattered around all the city. There are also others I can’t remember at the moment or even don’t know.

I've been to Greece and Italy already...all I'm missing are the Scandinavian countries, Central Europe and Turkey. I have already visited most of the western European countries.
      With 14 days, I usually prefer to stay in 1 country so that I can learn the language before my trip.

The owner of the house is one of the people who does not have mercy, by God, my brother. He comes every day, insulting us, talking about us, and moving from the house to the street because we were unable to pay him the rent. The neighbors saw us crying and came back.They came back to talk to the neighbors and we were given the weekend. So we made him swear by God. He will take us out into the street. Have mercy on him and us. Our country is due to this war and we do not find food for our day, and my brothers and I live in a difficult life. Our father died, may God have mercy on him, and we have no one in this world who was with us in these harsh circumstances. My younger brothers went out into the street and saw...The neighbors eat and stand at their door in order to give them bread even if they break it. By God, to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, they closed the door and expelled them and came back crying. They are dying of hunger. No one has mercy on them and a holiday is returned. I have made a living, and now if one of us helps us with a kilo of flour, I swear to God, I am dying of hunger. My brother, I am an alien to God. Then, I ask you to help me for the sake of God. I ask you, by God, to love goodness and to help me, even if you can, by messaging me on WhatsApp.On this number 00967779509554 and ask for the name of my card and send it and do not be late and may God reward you with all the best, my brothers Sagar, see how they are and help us and save us before they throw us out in the street, you will be lost or we will die of hunger. @@WannaWalk Due to the greed of the Greeks, yoghurt is known as Greek food in America. But in Europe and the Middle East, it is known that yoghurt is a Turkish food. Turkey became a republic in 1923, it was not established, I would like you to learn some history, ignorant man. Before the Republic, there were Ottomans for 600 years and Seljuks for 400 years. Turks brought yoghurt from Central Asia. You are both ignorant and chatty.

      @WannaWalk  2 місяці тому

      Not sure if you can read or understand but It was a Turkish man who made it popular around the world as ‘Greek Yogurt and no Turkish Yogurt. Why you blame Greeks for that?
      Yogurt's origins date back to around 6000 BCE in Central Asia. Early Neolithic peoples in this region stored milk in animal stomachs, which naturally fermented into yogurt. Not sure if you can understand that Neolithic people were not Turkish. They just lived in the area where 6000 years after Turkey was created. Finally, I traveled all the world, visited over 100+ countries and in all cases, it’s called Greek Yogurt. Nobody calls it Turkish yogurt outside Turkey and this is thanks to a Turkish man called Hamdi Ulukaya who created the most popular yogurt brand in the world. He wrote: ‘greek yogurt’ in the packaging instead Turkish yogurt. Deal with it.
