game runs 55-60 fps with all settings maxed out on 4k ultra as well as psycho ray tracing *BUT I do have over 110 mods installed and activated on my game
when I tried without mods, the game runs over 70 fps at all times on Quality mode max settings raytracing
i tried dlss 3.0 setting but it didn't change my frame rate at all so I don't think it works yet since its a private beta
i also think my cpu is bottlenecking:

r9 5900x
32gb 3600mhz

Right, as a perfectionist the “meet Hanako” gets on my nerves. CDPR should have just made anything after the credits non-canon and the ability to enjoy the sandbox instead of having to reload before the final mission
is this because most players don't want to end the game or are it bugged that the quest stays even after u complete the game?
because for me I just want to complete all side missions and gigs before I finish the main mission.

My laptop can run the game at medium high settings at 90 fps, and i thought it looked amazing but this is just a step above... Absolutely insane.

@@se7ense7ens37 Sadly no. But I've found a (different) nice reshade that also makes the colors much more vibrant. It's called 'Mango's Ultra Reshade'. The FPS can take a slight hit from it, but I think its worth it.

Plot twist, we can’t see the 4k footage over 60fps because of UA-cam. When paired with the fact that there was no fps counter (at least I don’t see one), the RTX 4090 dosen't provide 90 fps+ gameplay on max graphics, everything on at 4k

@@orangeguys because I have a 3060 paired with a ryzen 5 2600 turning on ray tracing causes a CPU bottleneck. The ray tracing options are more CPU demanding than GPU.

Okay guys. I'm gonna give you a totally free graphics tip. It works for GTA5 to... Put ur gamma to almost zero % light. It won't change any fps (maybe even lil boost) and its exactly looking like this

well frames wont be a problem in 10 years on most gaming machines including consoles, but in 50 years we will be using entirely different and probably 500x faster methods of displaying pixels, able to reach any frames per second set while adding entirely new features. gaming natively at 20k resolutions. nah im just kidding. we wont even be using computers by then. probably mind-chip gaming

@@slim5816 Photorealistic games with AI generated worlds will get very boring very fast. Artstyle and the developers’ own work is an integral part of video games
One thing I love in Cyberpunk that doesn't get mentioned enough is the motion blur while driving; a lot of games don't have very high quality motion blur, or if they do, they feel bashful about letting the effect be very potent, since some people dislike the blur. I love the smooth, high quality blur as the world flies under your wheels. More games should let you increase the blur to levels like this, just provide a slider in the options so blur junkies like me can crank it up and those that dislike motion blur can turn it off.
Mb quality and implimentation are both highly subjective.
Yeah it looks good. I had to turn it off though because I have the PS4 version and the game is like 30FPS. Makes me feel dizzy.
@Torakka2 Ow Personally, motion blur, especially camera blur, is a must on 30fps games. Everything is so choppy without it that I get a headache.
It definitely varies from person to person though, lots of people feel sick from camera blur, so it's just up to personal preference. Thankfully, they provided a slider though, so you can turn it off and I can turn it up, best of both worlds.

@@eon5417 I guess it comes down to preference. Personally feel that low FPS is worse in terms of motion sickness. Though I usually turn motion blur off in any game so don't know about it much.

Dlss 3.0 probably was working ist just that some fls counters don't recognise/count the ai frames as real frames so they just ignore them.
There will be a point in time, in which our graphical hardware will be so overkill and accessible, developers would be forced to make good games

Edit: found out my dumbass installed it on a hdd after i installed it on my SSD it fixed things immediately

110 mods and yet your car is not flying, good sir? haha... Are there any core mods you'd recommend as far as getting close to this look? I like the new UI overlays (Entering Kabuki, etc) and the reshade/color saturation is money. I have a 3080ti and about 30 mods installed but this is glorious.

im glad it also still looks stunning on my 1650, on medium or whatever settings I customized years ago. took a year off but back to playing it religiously now. Would be nearly perfect/the openworld game to play while we wait for GTA VI if car physics and ragdoll were more sophisticated. the NPC ragdoll should be at least on-par with GTA V, which is 9 years old now.
There is a mod that improves radgolls a little. I tried it and that's definitely better.

when the game first released i couldnt like the game at all because i was mad with the performance i was getting with my 1650 so i dropped the game in disappointment.
A year later i started a new playthrough and was like "fuck it, 30 or 60 fps am playing this shit either way" and hoo boy am glad i did because it was one of my favorite IF not my Favorite gaming experience of 2022
Hopefully the next cyberpunk will get that down being on UE5

This game looks fucking amazing but from playing it compared to games like Witcher 3 or RDR2
it just lacks the feeling of actually being in that "world" like it just doesn't feel alive to me, Like obviously the story mode is there and its great but with W3 and RDR2 I found myself just running around the game and I never ran out of things to do whereas in Cyberpunk the only thing I really looked forward to in doing was the main story everything else was just eye candy. Which was surprising from playing W3 knowing its the same developers I expected them to go above and beyond with those small little details and things to do but the fact that it barely has anything in that aspect is just so disappointing.
Completely agreed. I wish they added more stuff to do in the city other than shoot people.
Also for how big and Expansive the city is it could really use like double the Side-Quests and Gigs.

After seeing this - and it's seriously nice, no doubt - I can't help but be impressed at how well it runs/looks as I play on PS4 Pro. Visually, a lot of its still there, but toned down. The only _real_ loss is that traffic/crowd density is cut back quite a bit.

@@snizza5350 Yes. It suffers from framerate drops in intense combat, driving, or dense areas, but if it's the only option you have to play, then IMO it's not a bad one.
nice! 2080ti here, and the best I can get with an ancient intel 7900x OC'd to 4.5ghz is 45fps. I get about high 20s no DLSS with everything maxed in 4k . With DLSS balanced (or higher) and no matter what settings I use I get 45, so it's likely the CPU holding me there. 45 is just enough for me to not want to turn RT off.. it just looks so good

I think game engines like forza 5 are smarter with resources. The amount of die space invested on faking performance or fight true raytracing noise tells me we are funding research more than enjoying gaming hardware. Amazing results here cant argue with that.
kinda funny that the most powerful gpu existing right now can`t even run cyberpunk in real 4k without dlss properly, if you just put ultra graphic settings with rtx you get something around 30 fps outside, lol
