He instructed his son to employ him in his last days. Hai rui was, after jiajing's death - too zealous and too reformist. He offended almost everyone and was thus dismissed and transferred.
As I am aware; in an employer: employee set-up; no one is indispensable... meddling old men past their productiveness just complicates matters engaging in cover ups very bad🤢🤮😡
