The sound of all the rolling wheels in this peloton really got my energy up. I enjoy your commentary during your rides, but sometimes it's nice to feel like we're in the moment with you.

Faster With Less Effort . . . Words from an old school cyclist. Ride hard, but pedal smart. Thats how its done. Great post !!!

Hi Luis. Enjoy the content as always. If this is not the proper format to do so, please let me know but I suspect that in addition to our mutual love for cycling faith is an important, if not most important aspect of our lives. Your speech and demeaner as well as a quote from Matthew in another video give ma that impression. Would love to discuss with you how God protected me in a recent cycling accident but I respect your channel and do not want to cause conflict or alienate anyone. Thank you..

What are the best general and/or beginner rides that aren't in traffic? My plan is to just work on my riding and bikehandling at Markham until I'm more comfortable. Any suggestions?

Hi Omnis. I believe Tuesday and Thursday morning there is group riding in Markham... it should be 7:30am

My weakness is maintaining my speed when hitting corners and hills

Hey Mike! I hear that a lot. Cornering has to be worked on for all cyclist until confidence is built up. As for hills... depending on the length that is likely using your gears to help out. Ride safe my friend👍🏾
