How to make a cute Marshmallow Cream Cheese Tart with cute heart designs using our Strawberry Sauce recipe from last time: Happy Mother's Day!
We fill the black and crispy tarts with bright white marshmallow cream cheese filling you can make right in the microwave. The contrast from the strawberry sauce and red hearts leave you with a cute and delicious tart. And drawing a heart with the strawberry sauce is so fun! Please give this recipe a try, and have some fun! Also give them to your mother on Mother's Day, and make sure you remind her how thankful you are for everything she's done for you.

Recipe (Makes six 8.5cm tarts or one 18.5cm tart)
    Make the tart dough.
    1. Mix 100g cake flour, 10g black cocoa powder, 35g sugar, and a pinch of salt in a food processor.
    2. Add 70g unsalted butter you've cut into smaller pieces and mix.
    3. Add one egg yolk and mix until combined. If you plan on doing all of this by hand, mix the room-temperature butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Then add in the egg yolk. Finally, sift in the cake flour and cocoa powder, mixing with a spatula using a cutting motion.
    4. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for one hour.
(If using a Vitantonio mold, one tart requires roughly around 38g of dough, and 6g for the heart shape)
    5. Bake the tarts.
Bake for 3 and a half minutes in the Vitantonio. If baking the 18cm tart, put a weight on top, baking for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Remove the weight and then bake for an additional five minutes.
    Make the cream cheese filling.
    6. Add 80g cream cheese, 60g marshmallow in a bowl and microwave for a minute.
Marshmallows contain gelatin, so the cream cheese will harden.
    7. Whisk together. If any marshmallow pieces don't appear to be melted, throw it back in the microwave. Mix until smooth.
    8. Mix in 60cc milk and a teaspoon of lemon juice.
    9. Fill the tarts with the cream cheese.
    10. Decorate with the strawberry sauce.
    Strawberry sauce recipe:
    11. Chill in the refrigerator then serve.

To those who can't make the crust because u don't have the equipment, try use crushed Oreo Cookies with a lil' bit of mix of butter and put them in a pie crust pan -- and bake them in the oven or leave them in the refrigerator to set... Like making Oreo Cheesecake :)

    Mother's Day Strawberry Heart Tart

Looking at the comments I realise a lot of people don't google things anymore. Oh yeah, if you don't have the tool she's using then you can use a normal tart tin.
Just press the dough against the sides and bottom, prick it with a fork, place heat proof baking beads inside (which has a layer of baking paper) and bake it at, uhhh, 180 c for about 15 mins but I don't really know so you'll have to keep checking it.
