School was in rough shape but the house with its lovely stone exterior looked great. Too bad it was locked up tight. Always good to see you post Alec. Thank🌻You.
A nice dump you found. Poor bird and bat. Definitely seen better times. Bummer you couldn't get into that house. Go back some other time. Great pictures Alec. You didn't have to climb into this one. Haha! Cheers!
Lovely old building if that was in London it would be renovated and divided up into 30 flats with a large enclosed car park with charging points love Scotland
Another excellent explore Alec. Great location and the house looks like it’s still in good condition. I love the flaky paint in these old buildings. Great photos as always.
Stunning buildings in a beautiful location, those will be quite a restoration project. Seeing such a small. local/ rural school is rare these days. Thanks Alec, great explore and wonderful stills as ever.
🌈🌏✨🤗As long as you have breath, don't lose hope. Don't surrender to fate. I haven't given up yet and you too. 💪✌️👌🥰 . Thank you for sharing VDO safe and healthy..I❤️ Europe beautiful 🤗
Hi Alec, yet another great explore. the house looked in better condition than the school. noticed the 6 chairs around the wall heater. must have been cold.
Ty for the video Alec. Chairs and tables are still in decent condition. The stone front is beautiful to look at , but the inside kinda went downhill. Tc and stay safe.
Chances are that Slow Worm was actually alive and well. One of their behavioural habits is to feign death when discovered - something they can do quite convincingly!
In the U.K. there are Adders (also known as Vipers), which are venomous but not usually deadly, Grass Snakes (which are not venomous) & also rare Smooth Snakes (non-venomous), which I don't think they have any of in Scotland. At present there are also a couple of colonies of non-native Aeschlepian Snakes near London (which are not venomous). However the creature in this video is a beautiful & harmless leg-less lizard called a Slow Worm.
4:23 Love those old Belfast sinks, shame it's just left there and the hardwood worktop. Could be teak, mahogany or iroko? Would look great rubbed down and oiled. 4:58 A rare to see enamelled cast iron leg on the basin. 5:42 you know it's old when the basins discharge into an enamelled channel often no traps underneath. be a domed grate at the end, also great to wash the floor down. 8:23 Always like a plughole shot, this ones in 1.1/2". me into plumbing again!
You are breaking into buildings and not everyone is abandoned the medieval Manor House you broke into last year was actually a listed building with many valuable items and well cared for,
Do you guys still teach cursive writing for kids? The US abandoned that a while ago and now parents are finding a whole new way to write things down so their kids can't read it!
The worm in the beginning is a slowworm. They are protected as far as I know. Outstanding video! I enjoy your videos very much. 👍

Great video Alec Thankyou for sharing it as watching from home :)
Thanks for another great Explore Alec 👍 definitely has been left to decay this one 🏴
Hi Alec.Another beautiful location. You found a slow worm on another explore.
Great exploration, thank you ! It's a pity it's abandoned. Children would love a school in the countryside.
That's been a beautiful house in its time. I can't understand why it hasn't been snapped up and restored

The windows are beautiful.
Thank you 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Another awesome explore Alec 👍
I love Slow-worms. When the babies are tiny they look a bit like thick, wriggley, darning needles.
It is a shame to see it derelict. That school has a friendly feeling.
Una pena no haber visto el interior de la casa.
Alec mate I need out with you guys haha! Always find cracking places!

4:35 - its a long long time since I last saw a school sandpit ( before they invented plastic )

Thanks tom
Hey Al 💙 good ta c ya 😊 X
Great vid alec i have got a phobia of snakes when i was very young i had a nightmare i was thrown in a snakepit and they were all biting me😪👍
That was not a snake but a leg-less lizard called a Slow-worm. Totally harmless. Hope that helps.
@@sarahstrong7174 thankyou sarah❤❤👍
So wastefull that the furnishings & the harmonium were not put to use elsewhere. Or even sent to a charity shop or Refurnish store.
Big shame the house had no access
I thought “slow worms” only lived in the south of England
What type of snake were that and is it poisonous?
Moss! It's an eco roof, even got trees growing on it.
DON'T EAT THE BAT!!!
似乎废弃的时间不久,约10-20年吧。
I'm sure someone living around there has memories as a lad going to the school. It has haunting feel to it.
😮 Wowww, I believed there were no snakes in your country! 😮

@M. Marie
I think it’s Ireland without snakes.
See you found Batman and Robin 😂

I am a lamp/light freak. I cringe and wish you would peek up to the ceilings of every room~just for a second. I love the clips otherwise. Thank you.
