Thanks for this video. I did make the lamb Yakhni pilau with the Staff chicken curry. Exactly how you done it. It was excellent. Very very tasty. I have to make it for my large family of brothers and sisters. I thank you for doing these videos. My heritage is half Bangladesh and my father came from Sylhet. He Died when I was very young. So it's great to make such wonderful curries that he may have thought me if he was alive. Since I have been following you and making your wonderful and flavourful curries every day all I get from my family is when am I doing the next curry. Thank you again and keep up these wonderful dishes.👍👍👍
Wow
Cheers dude. So my day from about 8am this morning has been a) making your garlic and ginger paste, then b) making your tomato puree , then c) your base gravy, which is on simmer now. Then d) I'm gunna cook my missus a fantastic chicken thigh curry when she gets back. Awesome vids dude. We will definitely come to your restaurant with a few friends at some point. Keep knocking the vids outta the park mate.

Thanks for this. It's a very good use for meaty bones and tougher cuts of meats.
I'm going to have to make this! Thank you, Chef!

Thanks again!
Hi Latif! Catching up with your video mate 👍
Always used lamb stock to make soup (after a lamb roast meal) but your idea of using the fat to fry and stock for rice. Brilliant and delicious!!! Thank you.
Please try it
You should do your own spice blends like some of the other bir youtubers. I'd defo buy them.
That's the plan!
Really brilliant as always boss, I send all my friends to your channel for all BIR cooking
Thank you so much 😀
How you have that energy after a long shift I'll never know. You are inspiring!

Sylhet divisions ❤❤❤❤
Alhamdulillah
Advance Happy Ramzan.
Mmmmm yummm😋🤤
Would love to see some videos focused around the usage of Ninja Foodi appliances. One Pot dishes using a Ninja 🙏
Great suggestion!
Assalam alaikum. How do you cook the meat if you don't have a slow/pressure cooker?
You can cook this dish without pressure cooker it will just take longer. Just use a pot with a lid and cook on medium heat for 1.5/2 hours
Really enjoy your vlogs always something new to learn and try. Love enda bhuba my fav 👍👍
Thank you so much 🙂
Do you make your own samosas? . Just found your videos im so looking forward to trying your recipes
😊👌👍
If I don't have punch paron what else can I use
Us South Africans would rather Braai the ribs.... For the same reason you like it.
Looks amazing. I love simple curries.
Me too!
I’m not sure my UA-cam week would be the same without you Latif. Is there any way you can create a kind of make-shit tandoori oven in the garden? Cheers Malcolm
There are ways
Hi m8 love your channel I have made all the base gravy and the tomato purée and the the precooked chicken would it be possible to show us how you would use this method at home as in the Resturant it’s hard to follow your recipes in behind the scenes, as you are working and so fast, i do 2or 3 curry’s at a time at home but don’t think I have it just right would love to see how you would do it at home
I will make a series soon cooking at home.
@@LatifsInspired that would be great can’t wait
Wow indeed - all the food cultures of the world do wonders with the cheaper , throw away cuts of meat etc. I shall be hustling my butcher for some ribs.
Please do
That's iftar sorted for today
You didnt mention how much lamb stock you used for the pilau?
At 7.04 I add kg lamb bones from local halal butcher.
Cut up on bandsaw. Why not? Extra flavour !!
He gives them free but always give to local mosque charity box.
Ask your local asian butcher.
My local is always friendly and kind.
Sorry latiff.. That was advice for viewers!!
woo hoo... how did you know I was making dinner? 😂
Yo!
Wow that egg buns will go nice with plain rice.
Yes
Corriander
Looks mint😮
Delicious
If a bay leaf actually does anything I've clearly been buying the wrong ones!
Oh dear
Bismillah. But are’nt the eggs overcooked? 8 minutes boiled, and then cooked a lot along with the spices? 😯 I fear the yolks will turn green and dry 😐
No not overcooked. Most households hard boil eggs first then fry them then add to curries
That lamb... WOW!! Looks absolutely amazing 🤩😋💦
So good!
Lol. Please edit
This Allah can not help people's it created 😮 awaiting charitable donation to do justify it's responsibilities 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Thank you, Latif for another brilliant recipe. They don’t sell those type Bay leaves in my local store. Do they taste the same as normal bay leaves? How do they differ?
Little different however use it
Great. BTW made your kidney bean rajma again last night. Whole family enjoyed it (even without chilli - the sacrifices I make so the non-spice eaters can enjoy)! ua-cam.com/video/Jea1y4KTi8Q/v-deo.htmlsi=lcN-duYRWNbKeCPQ
