My Homie us a Trainer in boxing and I kept complaining on shoulder pain and always had me do this type.of exercise has a warm up I definitely need this exercise in my life guess what today's Friday and it's Tennis and Pizza with the kids at the park after work and No I won't be like Popeye both hands it is These videos are Gold for me Blessings Homegirl To God Be The Glory!!!
That’s very helpful. Shoulder pain was one of the reasons I stopped playing tennis. Didn’t want to have to get rotator cuff surgery or anything.

And perhaps the best part…the courts are named after you. This is crazy serendipity because I fell in love with tennis after seeing my first live Open match with you! Excellent! Knees next please. How do you take care of yours? I have a couple of different things I do to manage pain and swelling but it’s taken me years to figure it out and I still need to be careful. Don’t get old 😂
