I'm from Buffalo, NY, where Cup and Char was invented by the Battistoni or Margherita Meat Co. I'm not sure which one or the exact year, but it has always been the key ingredient to a true Buffalo style pizza, and I was born in the early 60s. I can't wait to see your video. Keep up the great work!
