agency wise at my company (w/ high ticket offers) in case this helps anyone cold calling has significantly outperformed cold email cross-niche; cold sms too is 40/100 response rate and 1/60 discovery call rate, email is 70-90% open w/ 1-2% reply/dc, cold calling though is 10-20/100 w/ 1-3 dc's per 100. obv. email scales better but good closers (not va's unless you can find really good ones) at least for us can pull 10-15 dc's a week. as long as niche is fairly unsaturated that alone is 30k+ monthly.

So the ultimate hack is to read the SLC book and then Sell a Good Conversion Marketing System (i.e. funnels, workflows, & CRM, etc.) Build that out on the customer's GHL Account, and sell that at higher prices.
But how would you give the business owner client more leads and the GHL program for free? It's not free, it's $297/month. You're not getting anything for them for free. I don't get it. Someone explain please?

100% on copy people on the climb. I have tried so hard to get my staff to learn this and so many just won't put in that work. Thank you for the content you put out. I'm in the process of starting a shared services firm and am having to learn to sale. Others have told me to hire people. However, I think you have to do what you ask someone else to do at least to an extent.
This is some real value, if you're starting up, listen closely, and take notes on what things you need to learn, and put all of that in a google doc and then you have a plan, take action on it, learn and apply. It will change your life forever
