I don’t know how old was L his iq was insane but what’s more insane is light was only 17 and out smarted the best in the world. Properly one of my favorite characters in anime. The guy made this anime entertaining as hell.
I don't know who is smarter but the writer said L is the smartest and both writers admit that they like L.

Not really Light always had a upperhand over L ...him having a supernatural device that could kill with so many rules to his advantage and cards he could pull out which is no one is aware of such other worldly creatures existence other than him...L still managed to almost defeat him on his own....Just like the writers said L is truly the Smartest and the genius of the two

L has many support from all kinds of special forces, he has tons of money, plenty of resources, and also a lot of experience he got from being trained as a detective since he was little, that's basically the same as having supernatural power
So what do u want Light to do to make the fight become fair and equal? Take away his only advantage of using Death Note to make Light a normal student or citizen to fight against a person who is basically a Batman?
From this ep onwards I fell in love with deathnote.
I know ep 2 was a masterpiece too but at that time I was watching eng dub and thus I was having problem making out what L was saying and what was going on in ep 2.
But in this ep I could just make it up in my head what went cuz dialogues were less and actions were more.
Later I watched subbed version and I came to know that ep 2 was even more amazing 🤣
it was a good reaction video !! 👌 The only bad thing is the boy upstairs, the one in the black T-shirt, he spends his time talking about his reactions or draws hasty conclusions about what is happening and as a result of that he stops paying attention to the story 😅 and then he is lost in the plot, because I'm talking or thinking about other things, as I mentioned before, I say that it is bad and it is the only reaction that is like that compared to the others, he is the only one that if it stresses you, it is better not to put it to him, that's my opinion, nothing more 😌👌, hopefully and keep it in mind, that alone is what ruins the group reaction as such.
