Sounds awesome! Sucks that you went through 3 turbos already man. I'd definitely recommend a -12 drain or check if your -10 drain is a full flow / high flow drain adapter off of the turbo. Maybe a feed restrictor to keep the seals alive longer too. Looking forward to the updates!
Yes my drain and feed setup is good. It's just that guy that rebuilt the turbo put an oversized seal

Tan my 6365 at 20-25 psi for 5 yrs no problems. Pushed oil once and it was due too improper oil drain routing. Also over filling oil will also cause oil to push out the seals

It doesn't have coolant ports. It's fed by oil only
Great video. Would love to see some datalogs of when this turbo would spool. I imagine you’re using the A/R housing from the 6466 from precision? Correct me if im wrong. What size A/R is that? Im looking at the bottom mount speedtech kit with the pulsar turbo, only thing holding me back is it doesn’t have a twin scroll on the housing where it meets the manifold.

Bro I had install turbos and race since I was 17 , the problem u have is oil pressure
It is not the psr or precision turbos , what u need to do Is use two restrictors and u have to have an oil regulator do not use more than 40 psi on max rpm run it very low into street drive let's say no more than 5,8 psi simple .

I remember when I said Pulsar will take over about 2 years ago on N54Tech and people said I’m delusional and it can’t be compared with Precision and Garrett. Now everyone and their momma has a PSR.

If your pulsar came in a plain box , with out the psr compressor cover. You were o.g. back when the caps were blue not red.

Borg Warner bro! We run them on our Cummins and Duramax at 50-60 psi and they last. Plus if they do blow, you buy a 50 dollar rebuild kit and rebuild it in 20 min. Precision is over rated, want BB go Garrett, or Pulsar on the cheap.

You can get it from precison or pulsar. Either or is good. I'm just giving my experience with them. You'll probably have better luck

@@F80carlos sweet, and also how did you know your turbo was blown? What symptoms were you having? I’m on a PTE 6466 myself and that shit just started pouring out smoke on startups. I don’t see any visible leaks on the housings
@@tgsn_ I was having puffs of smoke from time to time in my turbo. Only real way of knowing is if you do what I did and take it apart to check

Motor and transmission are stock. Transmission only has a rtd short shifter and xclutch organic twin disc

The reason those turbo is going bad on you is because of your feed line , looks like you have the wrong one there , looks like you have a #4 you need a #3 there , that’s way to much pressure with #4
Precision told me they always run -4an. Plus I have a oil pressure regulator from turbosmart so that's not the problem

@@F80carlos same turbo, but I think I just found out why after looking on their site. The large silver plate behind the turbine blade has a smaller diameter from the complete front parts of the turbo (what I got). The CHRA drop in has a bigger diameter without the housing. 😭 I’m stuck using their T51 atm lol

@@F80carlos that’s why I’m so confused lol when I threw the cover on I have a gap all the way around round and the 3 bands won’t hold it in place. Like it fits but the clams don’t have that much contact on them. Maybe I just got unlucky
