INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of Pasta
250 grams Bacon or 7- 8 slices
1 Medium Chicken breast
3 tbsp of Butter
225 grams or 1 cup of Mushrooms
1 Medium Onion
1 clove of garlic
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
2 cups of Heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
fresh parsley for garnish

I doctor up every meal I think I've ever made. Nice addition with the bacon & shrooms. Throw a cup or so of some steamed broccoli florets in there and you got some real happy happy.

Not to be That Guy or anything, but an Alfredo doesn’t have bacon, chicken, mushrooms, onions, garlic, or cream and the fettuccine should finish cooking in the sauce, no drained then added in cold … so I have no idea what you made here :/
Hi thank you for the information 😊, for sure if you’re looking for an authentic recipe of Alfredo obviously this video is not for you. Even chef has their own version and way of cooking. My family loves it, I would say its Alfredo V.2023 😅. Have a good day!

You know, people love to exploit famous name for views. Authentic or not, who cares? Is there really a difference between authentic gold and pyrite? As long as you girlfriend can't tell the difference, you can propose to her with a ring made of whatever you like. Do 10 additional ingredients turn a dish made of 3 in a completely different stuff? Does it matter if the taste is not even remotely similar? Is it important if the cooking process regarding additional ingredients is wrong and you cruelly murder 4 innocent slices of pancetta? Who cares if the pasta in the pasta recipe is dry? Who cares if you write "al dente" as single word in the subs? He's just a tooth, he doesn't care if you al- him! You can even say Fettuccine Alfredo are not italian when there exists documented photos and the restaurant where they were cooked for the first time is still there in Rome, and receive likes and hearts for doing that like a true hero. - But I don't understand why not being more creative and saying that Alfredo was a Cherokee and fettuccine were invented in Oklahoma - You can also fabricate stuff like "primo is a starter" and "secondo is a main course" to make yourself look educated, because there will never be an Italian reading you, laughing of you, and telling you the antipasto is a starter, the primo is the main course while he eats secondo just because yes! he's in the mood, and that you really don't understand anything about Italian meals.
There will also never be a random Italian passer-by telling that "stai confondendo la merda con la cioccolata" and he's very sad for you.
