    what up, steph? I never made cubed chicken breast. How do I know when it's done?

    • @WhatsUpStephh
      @WhatsUpStephh  Рік тому

      Typically by looking at the meat going from pink to white. The texture also changes. Keep an eye on it, cut the chicken in half if you’re unsure

      @jasonhutson8584 Рік тому

      @@WhatsUpStephh Forgive me for my ignorance. So white means done? I just don't wanna poison anybody. Is it best to cut the breast into cubes then cook or cook flat and then cut?

    • @WhatsUpStephh
      @WhatsUpStephh  Рік тому +1

      @@jasonhutson8584 yes when the meat turns white it’s done. Make sure it’s not pink in the middle though.. because the outside will cook before the inside. If you feel more comfortable cutting them into smaller pieces I would suggest doing that until you’re familiar with cooking chicken. You Definitely don’t want to get anyone sick

    If you don't have butter you could use bacon grease and olive oil.

      I believe about 4lbs of chicken. Just a small pack of chicken breast or tenderloins

    This was good until you pulled out jar sauce. Make your own next time, it's not hard if you're already doing all this other work.

      I agree I’d rather make my own Alfredo sauce than to use the jarred stuff it doesn’t taste good. Making your own sauce is really easy and it tastes 100% better. Once you make your own you’ll never go back to that jar again.

      Shut up. Let people cook their own way. I'm using jar sauces. I'm not spending $20 on ingredients I'll only use once and then they go bad.
