High Yield Infectious Disease Review for Step 1/2CK and Shelf Exams

This is a high-yield review of infectious diseases for Step 2 CK, Step 1, and shelf exams. We cover understanding of common bacterial infections and basic principles of treatment. We add additional details on some high-yield microbiology and virulence. We don't go into extensive detail on treatment regimens or antimicrobials in this video but all of this infectious disease material is heavily tested on NBME exams.
