Make sure to make room for dodging. 3. Defeat Mother on 2nd floor of Alt. Depths. Boss is a bit harder than normal Mother, but quickity doo, you did it. After it, bloody red door will appear. Use the knife familiar you've collected to open it. BOOM! MOTHER'S HEART! After killing it, you'll unlock brand new Alt. Utero/Womb - 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬𝐞.
