Using the hors d'oeuvres pick is brilliant! Hopefully we'll soon be able to do more group socializing and I'll be on the lookout for something like this. (I can't justify buying a pack of 200.)

I have seen a double pick at my grocery store. These could be used by breaking one pick off.

Thank you Lorraine, this video was really helpful for me as I am a total beginner when it comes to masking fluid. I have only ever used it once, and because I was a newbie to it I didn't wait long enough for my paper to dry. So of course the paper tore when I removed it. Lesson learned. Thank you for putting these great videos together, they are super useful. I watch them regularly and I've learned so much from them. Thank you for making them; you're an absolute star!

You are so welcome! I am glad the videos have been helpful. The paper tearing can also happen if you are using student grade paper. They don't tend to hold up to masking fluid.

Thankyou. I haven’t had good luck with the shaper tool or ruling pen. I’ve tried thinning the masking fluid.

Yes, thinner mask can help when using some of the masking tools, especially with a ruling pen.
