- Hello Everyone,
Today I'm sharing a recipe I saw on the airplane. According to the girl on the cooking show, this is an Austrian schnitzel - she had it with her husband while on their honeymoon in Austria. I have never cooked schnitzel before and was very pleased how it turned out. The stuffed mushrooms and yogurt sauce were very delicious as well.

Oh this looks delicious! My Oma was German and I unfortunately never knew her, but am always looking for ways to connect with her through food. I have never tried making schnitzel (I always figured it was very hard), but I think I can do this! Thank you for sharing.

Aloha Sasha, love your apron (has Scott seen it?). I have that design on a few things myself and will have to order one. 😁 I love mushrooms so I'm going to try the stuffed shrooms and the schnitzel looks yummy too. I try to avoid the fried foods, but once in awhile is OK. Right?
Aloha Carla 🌺 Yes, I ordered it from his site - one for me and he me for mom. The schnitzel is absolutely delicious! Yes, every now and then it’s ok :)) I ate ice cream today (I made a video and had to eat it 😅), but then spent an hour on the treadmill sweating it out 😂
This weekend I’ll make the mushrooms stuffed with ground beef - Sasha’s original :))
