Incredible Broken Dresser Makeover!

For today’s Furniture Flip, I found an old dresser that had broken drawers and feet. I wanted to give it an entire new look and get it ready to go for my friends baby’s nursery! How do you think it turned out?

You are a carpenter, a furniture finisher, and an artist. Plus, a hard worker! I don't always agree 100% with a particular choice you make (finish/legs, etc.), but you always amaze me with your ability to "see" what you want a piece to look like, and achieve that! I furnished much of my first house with thrift, Goodwill, and auction pieces that l stripped and refinished. I am now 70 y/o and still have several of them, including a small butlers buffet on which l learned how to refinish furniture by helping my Mom when l was nine!!
I'm unable to do refinishing now as l am disabled, but l enjoy watching your posts and learning about new products and getting ideas for sprucing up pieces. Case in point, the pull rings on this dresser.
I wanted to let you know how much l enjoy watching and appreciate the hard work, heart and soul you put into each piece.

Hi! Since you asked, here is a short list of some (not all) pieces l have refinished.
An old carpenters trunk. It was painted black . Stripped inside and out. It turned out to be a beautiful brownish cherry wood. I kept the natural color, just sealed it, and painted the inside red. On the top, you can still just barely see the original builder/owners name burned into it. I did not sand that out because l like the way it looks!
Antique credenza that was painted a nasty salmon pink(!) Stripped and white washed for shabby chic kitchen dining area.
Large, upright piano was painted a nasty, dark green. Stripped (that was a challenge!) and restored to a polished, shin ebony black.
Nowadays, l still build, or rehab, wire for electricity, paint, wallpaper, and floor, dolls houses. In addition to houses for my great nieces, l build, etc. farm buildings (barns have horse stalls, hay mows, etc. or train depots for my great nephews. And, each year, l build two extras, one for a charity auction and the second for Toys for Tots.

I have done a dresser but it was just and sand and paint 😊 turned out really well though I did a sage green colour and loved it!
