Hey everybody, it's been a while. This is a recording of "Falling Into Ourselves" that I made at home in late February, before the pandemic was in full swing here in the United States and Canada. That was back before the border was closed and I was forced back to the United States knowing that as soon as I left I would not be allowed back in. The last year has been spent working on my orchestrated piano album-I'm happy to report that I'm well over halfway finished and am fully expecting to release it this year. "Falling Into Ourselves" is the one track from it that I've released-and I'd like to keep it that way for as long as possible. BUT: I came across this video while organizing my Photos application and felt it would be worthy of posting. I can't easily or safely access this piano to make a current recording as it lives at the home of my parents, and would rather die than post any videos of me playing on an electric piano again, so I figured what the heck, let's post it. I'm rambling on for far too long, and I know nobody is going to read this description. So it goes! Thanks for watching, and I'll hopefully see you soon with new piano music!
