I think one of the main questions that's being asked is how the BoS are able to stroll in to NCR controlled territory when the NCR are no pushovers. My response is this. After the BoS secured Adams Air Force Base from the Enclave in 2277, work on the Prydwen began at the newly secured Base with the Prydwen taking 10 years to build, and in 2287 the Prydwen was complete. If the BoS DID NOT take Adams Air Force Base from the Enclave in 2277, then in my view, the Prydwen would not have been built. The technology that the Enclave had would've been harnessed by the BoS, making them a force to be reckoned with for any opposing faction. This would've allowed them to go toe to toe with The Institute, with the same thing happening again when the BoS destroyed The Institute. Even though The Institute was destroyed, I'm pretty sure advance tech would've been taken from The Institute before it was destroyed. This combined with the tech that the Enclave had 10 years earlier, would've made the BoS in my view the most technologically advanced faction in Fallout. It could be that with all this tech the BoS now possess, the NCR could've been wiped out, though not entirely, but certainly in the L.A region.
rarely know fact… Wendover Utah is where the US did all their development of the B-29 bombers into what would become the Enola Gay. They tested the logistics of the planes and the bomb drops out of the Airforce Base in Wendover Utah!

Man they choose a wild location when you consider all the lore already established in the earlier games and new vegas. Hopefully they arent just rewriting lore and they actually branch off of and add to the stories of the western us post war. Id have to imagine it takes place before new vegas but maybe not
I don't want to burst people's bubbles but I don't think it was located there, that is simply the location in which they did the filming and it's open knowledge. There's a reason that a lot of the backdrops don't look like California and that's because barely any of the filming for the show was done in California as far as I know. They were in Africa and other places most of the time.
they really gotta stop sucking the BoS off at Bethesda.... They're not as common on the west coast as they were 100 years prior, its always about the brotherhood with Bethesda....

I actually think the portrayal of the native American cultures there, integrating that into the BOS (if that happens) while leaving out native American actors is the actual oppositeness of being woke. if it was woke, it would demand the need of the portrayal of actual people from whom these cultures and symbols come from. I support that.
The Wendover ammunition silos look so much like the Brotherhood Mojave bunker doors in New Vegas.
