You're lucky, I got mine delivered from guitar center,nothing was set up, spent over an hour tuning, adjusting the neck etc. Was PISSED that they just took it off the rack,wrapped it up and sent it

Hey, I cant believe it didn't come with an actual Bill Lawrence 500XL pick up. I have that pickup and it sounds way better than the Seymour Duncan dimebucker... you should look into that PUP.
This is a Chinese model it has the dimebucker which sounds pretty good the price was around $900 and has cheaper floydrose and it has a pao fero fretboard which is the main difference. A usa dean would be around $3500

I just thought it was in the price range of the high-end model but didn't come with all the high end specs. Either way cool guitar, brother.
@@telicogarage You know what's another cool guitar and actually my favourite dime guitar of all time is his original concrete sledge guitar and I know Dean did a run of those. You going to do more demos of it, or playthroughs? If so I'll keep an eye out. Can't help but try to do those dime squeals everytime I come across a floyd rose lol or what he would call "dumpin" the whammy bar.

Picked up a ML warbird back in 09 for £800 could of got this model for £900 but I just had to get hold of any kind of ML quick as possible next problem was the shoes you gotta fill going any where near dime 😂😣😫
I think my friend payed $1,000. And yeah I can play pretty good but if you take that guitar anywhere I know what people are thinking…I like Stratocaster

Sweet axe man! But I dont think that's an actual "dean from hell" model. The actual "dean from hell" reissues had the kiss sticker and it actually says "dean from hell" on the headstock in sharpie, to replicate what dime did. Sweet guitar nonetheless!
I don’t think it’s a resissue but it is a dean from hell. Made in China. If it was a USA dean it would be $4,000 and hopefully it would have everything right down to every last aspect
@@telicogarage big dime fan here...was sad about vin when he passed but at the time I came across a guy named delta on UA-cam who does drum covers and he's able to play his stuff and did a tribute..u should check it out,but his solos always gave me chill bumps I could really feel his spirit through the strings he was amazing🙏..great video too dude u can handle an axe like my dad tells other cats since he's been playing for over 30 years..it's definitely a gift yall have that brings something much needed in music..be good an keep the good stuff coming
@@theshamonk1881 thank you for the kind words. I’m a big pantera fan I never got to see them. But when I play or listen to the music they are there. I remember when vinny passed away we were at a party and a friend come up to me and told me then we drank and celebrated his life 333.
@@telicogarageI never had the honor of seeing them either but at the age I was my mom was like F noooooo!..I mean,CFH she didn't mind but vulgar display killed any chance😆....but over the years pantera has always been that unique metal u will only hear from them and nowhere else and that's what made dime an Vinny great cause it was their dream and vision and they died while they were still bringing some of the best chords,rhythms and rolls we've ever heard..that was a blessing from beyond 💙
