Hi, I found the video very helpful, but there is an error in that the new mounting brackets for the ends of the motor shaft are upsidedown. This was probably done by accident as you were working on the underside of the bed.
It may seem of little consequence but it has two effects.
1/ the clearance of the motor shaft with the center brace is greatly reduce.
2/ On the motor bracket that clamps to the end rail, there is a small but vital extension piece that supports the weight of the motor and helps to keep things aligned. If the motor is not properly supported it could result in premature wear.
.. I hope this might reduce some head scratching
