Hey chavi...my baby girl is of 5 months+ and she does not drink water whenever i give her. She spitts it out. My in laws are saying me to mix water with honey and give her but i have heard not to give honey to baby under 1 year...so what to do i don't understand. Can u help me out.

Hi Chavi, apologies but a question other then the topic of your video, but in your real life have you hired a full-time maid how do you manage att stuff at work and home ?
I followed no-salt rule.
Ma'am I was confused so I started giving salt but now will it b ok to stop...my baby is 10 months old...
You could always consider reducing a lot gradually
No problems dear if you have started giving. Try adding other flavours to the food instead of salt. You can add other spices also instead of salt. You can check my video on this on my channel.

Hey you can give egg . But don't give cow's milk. You can introduce once your baby turns 1 years. How to introduce and how much is required for that you can checm video on my channel.

Appreciate the info.. but i already started giving my 9mo baby salt and sugar... and she doesn't eat it if by mistake i forget to put salt in her food.
Now how to undo her behaviour.. how to make her eat saltless/ sugarless food. 🤔🤔🤔
Try reducing the quantity in every meal
Hey I know it is little difficilt bug not impossible. Add other flavours to the food instead of salt and sugar. Sugar can be replaced by other spices. You can see my video on this on my channel. And sugar can be replaced by purees of fruits. If you really wang to give sugar give jaggery instead.
I didn't gave salt n sugar to my baby till he turns 1, now I give him bit of himlyan pink salt n for sugar I replaced it with dates syrap/ jagarry/fruit purres....he enjoy every meal and eat well with or without salt/sugar.

In your earlier video you mentioned that you have started giving salt to your little one starting from 10 months and now you are telling you have not given salt at all. Its so confusing information you are sharing.
