This has a '1970s vision of the future' feel about it. I can imagine someone living in an ultra-modern International Style house with a Rover P6 parked outside, listening to this on a big wooden radiogram around 1973. Probably while reading an Isaac Asimov sci-fi paperback and wearing an all in one unisex terylene leisure suit with flares.
..or to put it in other words - very Boards of Canada sound. Just take a quick ear adventure on their Music Has The Right To Children album, that's the vibe
Crazy. This artist has named themselves after my absolute favourite place in British Columbia. Saltspring island is where you will find it and boy oh boy is it worth the hike up - the view of the valley, surrounding islands and coastal mountains is mind-blowing. Thanks so much for the tunes!
*Anxiety is very trendy nowadays.* Maybe we can listen to this album together, whilst we both have anxiety, feeling gender-neutral, discussing wokeness underneath the latest version of the rainbow-flag.
Very nice! Has an undeniably strong Boards of Canada influence/sound world, but that’s a good thing. Also reminds me of a few albums by Freescha, Casino vs Japan, etc. 🖤🖤

Far out this is fantastic. I actually thought this was something from the 80s or 90s. Not like a lot of the "imitation" albums done purely in DAWs. This has a real organic analog feel. I have no idea how much or if any digital was used in the production of this album.... though I doubt it. This sounds for real!
Check out - 17:48: year 3564, some pilot in one-person spaceship goes through cosmos, then he turns off the engine and... wow, turning on the subatomic power engine, thank which the spacecraft reaches the speed of light... The galaxies are passing by like sparkles of fire and pilot comes into another dimention, but wait! He's gonna travel like that for 42 years to reach that remote planet where other friendly creatures live. IMAGINE further story in following pieces ;)
Some of these compositions remind me deeply of the 2001 Satta album, especially the water and other nature sounds. Compare for yourself here: ua-cam.com/video/8r67q9uPk8E/v-deo.html

Progressive electronic, idm, ambient, maybe new age, and a big maybe for hypnagogic pop (particularly in the brand of James Ferraro). Some other good genre terms to look under finding this kind of stuff would be downtempo, ambient techno, krautrock, vaporambient, and dreampunk.

Why is there no vinyl edition? Why release quality music not on vinyl? It's very strange. They're cutting off a lot of potential audiences.
vinyl is expensive for indy artists, i can't afford to put my mosuc on vinyl.
It's like 2k to press 100 records. Big risk to take
