The scene's pretty much the only relationship development between Budd and Bill, and you really get the impression they've known eachother for years, even although this is the only time you see them on screen together. I think it's brilliant.
Madsen's character sticks out in this movie, as he pretty much does with any role. He's a fantastic actor. It's not often that a guy can do both mainstream and indie films, and still be so cool like Madsen!
this is theeeee best funnyest part ( ima keep the funnyest spelled cuz its so fuckin funny) of the movie.. thanks for the reminder.. i needed that.. peace!
Love this side scene of Michael Madsen (before it cuts away to the front scene). It's prophetic & philosophical, plus his profile with the cowboy hat is one of the most powerful miniscenes I've ever scene.
The music is from a horror flick soundtrack called "Lo Strano Vizio Della Signora Wardh". It is from Italy. The song is called "Dies Irae". It's weird how i found this comment. I just purchased this Vinyl LP on Ebay. I had no idea what it was. I collect weird horror and other rare lp's. Anyways, i was just listening to it and recognized the track from the movie and here i am comparing it and seen your comment. Glad to answer the question! :)
Love this scene. Love both Kill Bill Volumes. I feel like Im experiencing this in my own life. All I know is I deserve my revenge & they deserve to die...thats just the way it is...
Funny, I thought I was like the only one who liked this scene so much.. Yep, one of the best scenes in the movie, but I like maybe the reunion with Bill & Kiddo a just lil more ;) Damn that Madsen guy, he expresses so much things with a few gestures. I mean, look at him! His face does the talking.. And yep, really amazing whiskey-raspy voice too lol
Possibly the most powerful and interesting scene in the whole movie. This is strange because Madsen comes off very brutish, and yet here he functions as a sort of conscience. Very subtle.
please does anyone know the name of the song in the back ground? "non phixion" uses it as a sample in the song "the big sleep" DOES ANYONE KNOW?? its the violin in the background..
I don't understand the point of bleeping out her name until the end. It took away from the seriousness of the film and Beatrix Kiddo is not much of a name we'll remember for years. Still the lines were delivered flawlessly.
Why did you cut the scene off so early? And the scene starts to late. You should repost it, the best line got cut out! "That woman deserves her revenger, and we deserve to die...but then again so does she...so we'l..just..see

Thanks so much, Amarockking! I was searching for the name of this piece. It's really beautiful.
David Carradine was one cool dude.. R.I.P.

my favorite scene from the movie!!
Michael Madsen (L)
Two brilliant actors, Madsen is so tragic in this movie, you can't help but feel sorry for him.

I like the music in this scene.
Thank god...Ive been trying to find the name of the tune for a long time. I listened to every second of the soundtrack a million times looking for it

Madsen sums up pretty much the whole movie.

its the violin in the background..
RIP Grasshopper.
I couldn't tell you what the music is in the background is, I know it's not on the soundtrack, but that's about it.
Never mind. Just seen you already answered the question. LOL
It's his eyes maan.
Madsen is brilliant here.
does anyone know what that random loud ass beep sound was,i was watching it on netflix and it made my ears bleed
Have you found it on youtube? I cant find it anywhere
if you are looking for a song type
Nora Orlandi-Dies Irae, I found that a few days ago...enjoy:)))
Man... I love Budd's hat:P I am just a couple of clicks of buying my own;)
This is one of my very favorite lines ath the end. Reconciling. Voice actors should study this and learn it well.
michael madsen should be in every movie.
much welcome...now if only i can friggin' FIND this song!!!! if anyone finds it, please let me knw!
because you aren't supposed to know her name until the end
I think it's quite obvious. Budd desperately regrets what he did to Bea. The falling out was probably about that.

why was budd mad at bill ?
and why did their squad separate?
We deserve to die... What a brave man. I love this scene
By the way i really would like to see how he was using that H.H. sword..
It's actually one of my favourite scenes as well...I don't understand how it qualifies as 'retarded' in saying that.
DIES IRAE (Nora Orlandi)
why wouldn't you have the whole scene?.. or at least the whole statement of bud... Great scene, but your upload is a FAIL.
0.45... best part!!!
