Eggs 3(60 grams each) 0:24,
All-purpose flour 270 grams 0:38,
Baking powder 2 grams 0:44,
Water 60 grams 3:55,
Dark brown sugar 200 grams 4:00,
Maltose 60 grams 4:06,
Nuts, any amount of any kind, 1:26,
• Knead the dough and let it loose for 30 mins(loose it for 60 mins in cold days). Then spread it to be thin and cut it into strips of about 10cm. Don’t cut it too wide, or else the inside part won’t be deep-fried well. Deep-fry it till it turns slightly yellow. Take it out and sieve the oil out. Then let it cool down.
• Heat the sugar with low heat till there are big bubbles, then continue to heat it for about 1 min. Put the deep-fried noodles in it. Stir-fry to make sure the syrup sticks evenly on them. Put it in the mould when it’s still hot and press it to be tight. Then put on top some nuts we like. Keep it till cool and that’s all.
