Video games have come a long way, though. Perhaps the Mario franchise doesn't have a comparable immersion quality as you get in an excellent literary story, but there are better examples of interactive video-game storytelling. I got totally immersed in The Witcher 2 and accidentally developed feelings for someone (totally involuntary, it's weird for me too!) in Dragon Age: Origins. P.S. Great show!
@@JordanHarbingerShow . Ah well yes. I did catch that much, though Burton's earnest emotional response when he felt the engraving vaguely alarmed me. I felt like I should be tearing up alongside and thought there was something more to it I was missing. : )
Nobody ever talks about anything LeVar has done except Roots, TNG, and Reading Rainbow. One in a Million is extremely underrated.
