The welcome flow you showed with the conditional splits was really helpful. I imagine this would also help with deliverability, could you show the rest of the flow? I think it was right where klayviyo freezed up in the video.

Thank you and great question! Yes, definitely still find it useful. Open rates are vanity metrics, so we don’t use it to make huge decisions, but it will tell us a lot about deliverability/if the emails are even getting to the inbox. You can also filter out apple privacy opens if you want to get a clearer idea of open rates
