Thank you so much for watching the videos! I think the "whews" you are referring to are the pukuis. they are a type of charged breath which carrier energy and intention. The breath is one if our most powerful possessions and when you learn to use it consciously there are almost innumerable amazing things you can do with it.

This is something that I am planning to do this year! I may actually make it into a compilation of follow ups from some of the people that have appeared on my channel. the next video that is coming out features someone who lives in my neighborhood and it has been about a month since the Healing and he is still completely pain free so I believe I will be filming the follow up this weekend.
