Man Boku no Hero would have been so amazing if Horikoshi had kept Shigaraki as the main villain, All for One is by far the most boring villain in the work, not to mention having no connection with its themes or the main cast.

except AFO has connections to many in the cast EDIT: not cast i meant characters, and themes too!?.... but I agree, he could have been done better character-wise.
@@iamthereforeitrytothink Not exactly, his connections with the main cast are completely artificial and shallow, either because he manipulated someone's life (which already kills a lot of the World Building and leaves everything contained in a single character), or simply because he is the strongest villain, the whole point of the ending is to solve the problems that Society created, but the presence of AFO and his constant involvement in everything that happens in the work completely invalidates this idea, basically implying that the problems boil down to a random old man who needs a good beating.
