Hello, I have applied for 3rd edraw of millenia 3, sector 37D. The draw is not yet conducted and keeps getting postponed. I don't own a house in delhi/NCR. Now since i have applied for a house in another affordable project and if i also apply in signature orchard avenue what would be my priority? 3 or 4? kindly clarify as i am confused. After seeing their affidavit format of 4th preference i got the impression that i come under category 4-which is not fair as i don't own a house in delhi ncr. I have only applied for a house which I may or may not get. kindly clarify.
You can apply under p3 but if you got the flat in millennia 3 then you should remove your application from this project. Right Now you can apply under p3 because you don’t have any allotment.

You guys are great misleaders. Same sec 93 is too good location for Ashiana and it becomes bad for Orchard because you will not be getting anything in a affordable project
Dear Sir, Its not about Sector 93. Its about location of this particular project in sector 93. The approach road for the project is from old market and revenue road..Project is just the extension of Orchard avenue phase 2 at 1.06 Acres of land, 3 towers are coming with existing amenities of phase 2. No green area given and the placement of towers are in back side. You cannot compare this with ashiana Amarah Location. Ashiana is on Main 60 mtr. wide operational Road. And who told you we are not getting anything from affordable..We take charges from every single applicant who wants to apply here. Thanks

U can apply but no under P3 category and applying under P4 is a waste of time. So overall 0 chance of getting an affordable flat. Better buy in MQ or resale
Hello Sir, did you buy under construction affordable flat or Non affordable?? If its non affordable then yes you can apply otherwise you have to opt for Category 4 with declaration of previous owned affordable. Thanks
