    Abhineet I observed (@4:43) that 2 bhk + Study units (I think they are management Q) in that Grey Bricks were used in the building outer structure and not Mivan, why? Any specific reason? 🧐

      Because in signature a lot of buyers take 2 units on same floor for merging both units, that's why signature always makes their 3bhk tower from cemented bricks.
