I have a quick question. One I do not live in Missouri but I do have a piece of land I'm 37 years old I bless every day that I had the opportunity to live in this great country I love the freedom and liberties did this country call for me. My question is why you guys do the same regulations of Kentucky they elk herd is doing fantastic instead of letting residents hunt elk why you just don't let the population grow. Hold it for 5 years or get more elk from different locations. I feel the day that I moved to Missouri I will never have or get the opportunity to be able to hunt elk sad to say I think us as hunters we should come together and recognize if we want this to work we all have to get on board if you need to charge the license a little bit more to get a percentage to be able to give it more to the elk foundation of Missouri go ahead whatever it takes for our generations to have our opportunity to be able to hunt elk like the other states

Yea rich people get the chance but they can afford to go up north to hunt them but us non land owner or not so rich get screwed
