Hi Anastasiya, do you recommend nylon thread for tatting?
I didn’t like the nylon thread that I ordered from AliExpress. But I’m sure there are many nylon threads that I haven’t tried 🙂 so if you have an opportunity to test some thread, do that. Maybe to buy only a small ball of thread, or maybe some shop can let you test a small piece of thread. Nylon thread is supposed to be more durable than polyester.

Hi - I haven't tried Vega 40, but two Vega 40 should be approximately the same as Vega 20.

Infelizmente, não é barato aqui. No entanto, caso decida solicitar algum segmento, você pode escolher o tamanho correto. É um verdadeiro desapontamento quando você compra algo e não é o que você esperava.

Hi Anastasiya, sorry with the translation some time is difficult to undestand. with thread 10 and 15 is better needle 5? with arrianna 20-30-40 wich needle es better? I'm making an order to Perles & Co following your tutorial but I see that the nr of thread are 3 (20-30-40) and I'm not sure wich one order.

Hi Lidia, needle 7 works well with threads 20 and 15. Needle 5 with thread 10. Thread size 30 is ok with needle 8 or with needle 7 if you fold the thread in two. Thread 40 is too fine, I didn’t even try it.
