I tried your dal bhari parantha..but I added some masala powder (coriander powder, dry mango powder, fennel powder, chili powder, sugar powder ) to the flour..in the beginning I had problems but then when I reduced size of stuffing, the stuffing didn't come out

Thanks a lot. Chana dal which is split gram is the main ingredient in this recipe. If it is not available you can take Chick peas. In place of haldi you can take any yellow food colour. In place if amchur you can add lemon juice. you can skip hing. i hope it will help you.
Aata ko soft guthne se roti soft banegi. aata guthne ke baad use dhakar 15 minute ke liye rakh dijiye fir use dubara thoda sa chikna karke roti banaiye. roti ko dakkar rakhiye, isse roti soft rahegi.
