What worries me, once the place knows a big youtube eater is there, they will add weight to the food to make there place look like the biggest challenge.
They do, all the time. Worst one is the chips (fries), they ALWAYS add more of those.
sadly a common occurence, but it isnt to make their challenge look harder, it's to lose less money. some restaurants can get SUPER scummy to come out on top, this challenge was obviously sabotaged.

they definitely added cornmeal. this is the most insane challenge I think I've seen from here that I can recall just based on the fact all of that is going to swell up in his belly. quickly as well so he has to hurry, and pay for it later. my biggest respect for him is when I'm full it's like I've got the flu or I'm really ill, please don't talk to me. if possible don't look at me but people keep poking their head in to joke and he handles it well

Yes them pancakes look like cornbread cakes. Yes the texture is way different butter don't help syrup is too sweet ya need sour to salivate and digest at the decent pace

I’ve tried a 3lb pancake challenge before. I failed, then couldn’t even look at a pancake for a year.
10 LBs for Beard is really pushing the limit, with this being like 10 LBs of straight carbs, it was too much to stomach this time.

Pancakes are the worst challenge food. I went with a buddy to IHOP for all you can eat pancakes, and when you hit that wall, there's no getting over it lol. The last one I ate literally started to taste like cardboard.
