Most of these comp people who do food challenges get rid of the food when they leave the place yes throw it up gorge eat and throw it back up.. they also use water hours before to stretch there stomach and throw it up as well over and over. Check out Joel Hansen he also does these kind of videos as well.

Hey Tim! From a ton of research, I understand that they/he works out a whole lot but after a massive challenge like this one they take a few days off and eat mainly lettuce and water, the water helps the lettuce expand in the stomach which is helpful for challenges with large amounts of food. Also, they expanding lettuce helps to suppress appetite and keep you feeling full.
he explained in one of his videos that he works out daily and also eats 500calories a day, then does a food challenge to average out his weekly cal to a normal amount. During the USA trips I think he does challenges more than once a week though, so gains weight on the trips
I started watching this dude when I was dieting for my surgery. Instead of eating, I would just watch his stuff and let him eat for me

The amount of people who have gone to the hospital from this place is crazy, I remember a couple years back we walked by, and two guys were on a stretcher and supposedly they attempted this burger and one of them had a heart attack and the other person literally over filled his stomach and was pretty much drowning himself from the food

I was looking through all the top comments and surprised that Matt Stonie was not mentioned once. Both are LEGENDS, but watching Matt beat the world record for this challenge is WILD
Been watching Beard since late 2018. From what i know, when he over eats likes this for a challenge or an MLE (Major League Eating) competition, he would fast by only eating 1000 calories (fruits, salads, tuna fish) and also workout everyday in his personal gym. He normally fasts anywhere from 2-10 days (depending on calorie consumption) before over eating again, especially when he leaves the UK to do his mini series in different cities and he over eats multiple days in a row

For anyone who doesn't know... Adam (BeardMeatsFood) was actually a legit bodybuilder. Probably just a couple of years before covid he was a pretty successful bodybuilder

From Guy Fieri and the guys from Epic Meal Time: They only eat these huge/unhealthy/ridiculous foods once and literally the rest of the time, they eat incredibly healthy. If I remember correctly, Guy Fieri is mostly vegetarian at home. With Epic Meal Time, they would eat the food for the rest of the week, followed by working out everyday as well.

Heart attack grill was always awesome.. Used to go all the time when I worked downtown. Never anything that huge just a normal double and fries.

Beard doesn't eat for days (most the time) before he does these challenges. Most challenge eaters don't and they work out appropriately. KatinaEatsKilos for example, is a bodybuilder.
