Same problem with me . But I didn’t removed the stabilisers. Just spray some liquid grease or WD40 and it will work like magic no need to remove and have this much of hassel.
i test drove the s1 pro today and when crossing speed breaker ... front suspension makes a clicky noise as if a piece of bolt is loose....different from the sound here. clicks once or twice when taking over speed breaker
Guys these are self lubricating bushes and don't need greasing. In fact grease attracts dust and dirt which form a abrasive paste resulting in wear of part. To avoid this self lubricated bush are used.

High heat ,dust ,and lot of movement under load takes it s toll. I have a special lubricant which is best for this application . It will not only lubricate the surface area but will not allow dust to settle there . This can be used in automotive and all industrial applications .
Hi, pls make more videos on the ola scooter technical fixes. The scooters have lots of small issues, you have lots of knowledge and can find solutions and upload videos of it.
Only for owners of Ola S1 Pro who have knowledge or know good mechanics. Please do not try this if you are new. Thanks Abhijit. But the company should grease the bush like Honda

Bro I want to know the durability of front axial cause I have seen pics of broken front axial of ola s1 pro. People giving reason that it is single axial instead of dual axial like normal petrol scooty..so when it get into loads (heavy one) that in some cases front axial brokes ...pls tell me as a user it's durability

If they have forgotten to properly align panels, deliver scooter with scratches, let a huge heating issue slip past the r&d team etc etc etc. you really think they will properly grease the suspension bushes?
Normally these types of plastic bushes are self lubricating and generally made from Derlin Plastic a speciality plastic . But external grease may be used which has to be friendly with plastic and rubber. I have a special lubricant which will work well in this application

Now a day new ola front suspension oil leakage problem, not solving. Not one getting seriously. gov. should stop new selling bike untill they get safe.

The operating conditions for this application are very harsh and regular lubricants will not last long . I have a best ever lubricant for this problem and we are using it in all types of vehicles

Yes, put very little, be very careful even a drop of grease on the disk and ur brakes will 100% stop working
