I bought the Bobbi Brown concealer that comes with a setting powder. It's amazing! You definitely don't need a lot of product to cover any problem areas.

My favorite under-eye concealer is Dior Skinflash. A more budget-friendly choice is Revlon's ColorStay Under Eye Concealer. Bare Minerals is pretty good under the eyes, but it's the best blemish concealer I've ever used.
