    since watching your videos, coworkers have approached me and said I have changed, one person said I stopped laughing, another said it's me but I am just way different they want the old me back. I have now started saying what I think, no holding back matters not who.

      Marv Downs That's good bro! That means your internal changes and confidence are showing! Try not to feel bad or guilty when people say that you've changed or youre being different. That's their way of trying to get you to revert back but NOPE! They're just going to have to get comfortable with the "new" you! 👍

    Today I made a joke to my boss and he just gave me a disapproving look. It felt good though, I made a joke about how Mondays suck. The best part is I didn't engage in self hate just because I got a negative reaction. Thanks Aziz!

    People believe and trust honest people... When you are honest with YOU and be who you want to be others will recognize that as a strength... Then as power. Thank you for your video... Needed to hear that today.

    You are absolutely right. When I’m nice to others I get no where but when I’m being me and I bust everyone’s balls life becomes amazing!. I get more business, more love and more respect. It’s funny how things work in business, social and romantic interactions.

    I enjoy your videos! They have helped me finally make progress in my social life. I am recovering from an emergency hospitalization because I got extremely depressive due to loneness. Since then with the help of your videos, I have been on more dates, made friends, I don't have to eat alone anymore. I actually enjoy my life and wake up every day ready to make progress. I was wondering if you could make a video about how to approach a first kiss with a women. I have had many instances when I had no idea how to even start. I still don't and it would help me get farther in my social life. Thanks!

    Hello Dr. Aziz, thank you so much for the encouragement. I do not speak English as my first language, but I try to listen and to understand your advices because I do not have a strong personality and I never believe in me. I liked the phrase: "There is only one you". I had never listened it. Good advice. I hope apply it to my life. Thank you. Best regards.

    Today going to the shop I saw a man sitting outside the entrance of the shop I asked him bro are you good? He said yes then I asked him if he was hungry I suggested a couple pies and asked what type he preferred. I got them for him then over heard someone in a car parked close by saying that's nice of me to do that for him. 👌

    you the best advice, teacher or doctor... that I most impressed positively about "getting better" in internet. I'm trying what you telling,, I noticed that I cover my first perspective on a topic because of " saying it OK in office ? what they will react ? I must look so kind ?...etc" but I more trust my comment, determination, my side..so I am trying to be more me in this way, I guess 😊

    I want to ask about the over sensitivity of criticism that's make you little bit isolated...Because any little criticism hurt.. it feel like deep rejection and its not.. it just a joke ..
    so what do you recommend ?do I work in myself or I should go to a doctor. ..I prefer to work on myself but is it going to work?

    I have watched so many of your videos and they are so inspiring however the real me is being naturally quiet. If I try to be more open I feel so fake. If I am asked something I think I am open but I just can't seem to initiate conversation well so I just stay quiet. I just can't seem to ask the right questions. So if this is the real me is it bad?

    Not sure how to pull this off with an ex who has narcissistic personality disorder. That being an issue because we have a six-year-old child together, and she will take it out on the child if she gets offended, because she knows I adore my little girl. Me being happy Or confident Causes her narcissistic injury

    If i do like u said then people gonna say me that I'm selfish..... I'm not saying that u r wrong but ya ... If people say that then our confidence gonna be down ... So what should i do ?

    • @aywancfc
      @aywancfc 7 років тому +1

      devin death no one responded to this? I can't believe it. Hey, everyone is selfish. Every single fucking thing we do is selfish. Helping others is selfish. Why? Because we feel good when we do it, so it begs the question, is there even such a thing as selflessness? My personal opinion is NO. So just go out and do you. Be selfish. Do what you want because you only have this one life to live and if you compromise too much, you're compromising your life.

    • @charlsshrestha7273
      @charlsshrestha7273 7 років тому

      Nahhh dude aywancfc if u help others its not a selfishness its thing that we need to do ... Fuck selfishness

    • @aywancfc
      @aywancfc 7 років тому

      devin death ok I was a little buzzed when I typed that previous response, so sorry if I came across as cocky..that's the thing about drinking lol...I agree that helping others is something we ought to do. I also think that everyone is motivated to do something for some PERSONAL reason. If you had no desire to do something, you would not do it. But if we are always only motivated by our own personal desires (to feel helpful ,to feel like a good person, to feel self-less...), then there can be no such thing as complete self-lessness..but I digress. I get what you were originally saying. My personal thoughts are, since everything we do is selfish, better to find win-win situations where helping yourself also helps someone else. AND, there's no need to put yourself in a little box and say, oh craap people gonna think I'm selfish because this and that..they are being selfish too..only they don't box themselves in and fear what other people will say ;-) I mean that in a nice way. I'm guilty of the box too, and it's hard to break out of it. Just hope that my personal experiences can help you in some way too....

    This is my biggest issue in my life right now. Although this video was helpful, I feel like I need a personal counselor to help me. I struggle everyday and the sad part is that a few years ago I used to be the opposite and super outgoing. I've been trying to be more me again on my own for a long while now but its just not enough. Does anyone know how I can get more individual help with this?

    • @joeyericksen718
      @joeyericksen718 8 років тому +1

      +Alanna Gonzalez +Jonathan R good advice but you cant tell someone you dont know to stop going to counseling and say something unreasonably vague like "all counselors will screw you up". Your other advice is really good but id be careful what you say to people. Allana if you feel you need a personal counselor to help you are prolly right. You know yourself better than anyone. If you dont think one is helping you enough simply find someone else. There are plenty of good people out who are happy to talk with you! Also from my own experience you have to take some of your own initiative. The #1 book i can reccomend that got me feeling like my old self again is the classic "how to win friends and influence people" by Dale carnegie. We are so focused on ourselves now days with social media and stuff that we completely forgot what lifes about! The world doesnt revolve around us, and for the most part other people are just as self conscious and insecure as we are! They are also very interesting ! Embrace who you are and get out there and live

    • @alannajohnson5043
      @alannajohnson5043 8 років тому +1

      Thank you for your great advice Joey and Jonathan! I will definitely check that book. And These videos actually are helping me. Especially the youtube confidence videos. I have written the most valuable advice for me and I am planning to help myself by faking it till I make it. And writing down all the advice I need to push me on a daily basis. Eventually I know that with God, I will become my old happy , careless self again. I actually do not have social media. I'm against it for the most part.

      Bernie Smatavicius I would normally consider myself to be a quiet person..but for some reason, when I'm drunk or exhausted..I can't stop talking. Makes you wonder I guess...are you actually this quiet person you say you are, or do you have something to say?
