65g flour. 10 g cocoa.
2 eggs. A pinch of salt. 70g sugar.
20g butter. 10g honey. 30 ml milk.
Pour into a 22cm tin and bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 25 minutes.
Trim the edges.
2:17 Preparation of the dough for crepes:
3 eggs. A pinch of salt. 30g sugar.
25g cocoa.
110g flour.
300 ml milk.
Strain the dough through a sieve.
15g butter.
Cover with stretch film and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Bake on both sides over medium heat.
Roll up the crepes and cut them like I did.
6:00 Preparation of the cream:
20g gelatin. 100 ml water.
700g Greek yogurt.
200 g condensed milk. 3 g vanillin.
Add melted gelatin and mix well.
7:13 Assembling the cake:
Repeat after me and you will succeed.
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.

I tried to do a version of your cakes with the crapes..it was nice to see but the crapes were not soft as they should be in such a cake..they were rather "elastic", al dente..i like very much your work, this is the only thing id like to change
