Thanks, Interesting exercises. My twopence - lunges - forwards and backwards. Starting off without weights for the first 3 times ( your muscles will let you know if you can endure it with weights) then add weights progressively. Burpees. Box jumps. Side-to-side jumps.

Keira... I don't want to tell my granddad to suck eggs so I hope you don't mind me just adding to the vid with a few extra tips! In terms of those camshells to get the most out of them and to really work on that glute activation a pre stretch of the Adductor muscles is essential. (search for groin or addcutor streatch) once that's done these muscles wont be working against that activation and allow those glutes to really fire up. Also instead of doing 10 reps back and forth concentrate on time under tension so six reps, each rep lasting 10 seconds with a 3-2-5 count... 3 seconds opening up 2 seconds holding at your furthest ROM and a 5 count back down which will ensure greater activation in those glutes...each set is 1 minute and perform 2-3 sets on each leg to begin. Finally try placing your back against a wall which will stop that hip rotation which a lot of folk do to try and increase that ROM which defeats the object of doing it as the glute switches off and other muscles pick up the load.
That scissors tan-line cutting-line tattoo is risky. Do you have a stash of shorts which are all the same length? How can you be sure all your future shorts will be the correct length?

FYI If you put some water in the shaker bottle before adding the powder, it prevents the powder from sticking to the bottom!
