What tips can you provide for the low register? I have a problem where I try to articulate with the same tongue position as middle register, but when I try this with a low G for example, only air comes out, and then a short moment after, I get vibration with like a "hu" attack. On top of that, the vibration is not well centered to the pitch of G but low (flat) and then I notice I correct it to be centered shortly after. I wish there was a better way to explain that.
I have a video coming soon for this. I interviewed the second trumpet in the Philadelphia Orchestra to get some good solid low register advice. Just need to put it together.
