Nice POV of a back flip. The MT-10 is a super tough truck normally. Sorry to see the breakage but the ramp you got is super nice and your spur looks good. 👍👍 Great job on the widening. 🏆
Hey man thanks for the sub! Appreciate it! Thanks the ramp will need to come out again soon! It’s since been repaired and I did some maintenance on it too so it’s all good! Love the widening kit really handles nice 👌🏾
@@BagDouken I'm not that good at them either but after you leave the ramp just go slightly into reverse. The MT10 does the rest. Trial and error but it does.
After one year MT10, this car is nothing for bashing. My experience with this car is the opposite of the YT bashing reviews on other YT channels 😮 this is my first and last TA.
@BagDouken Following parts I have replaced: Motor shaft, servo, gear box, shafts jumping out, 4x skid plate, 5x spur gear, bumper, bigger screws because the threads of some parts didn't hold anymore. On top of the skid plate I have put a custom made aluminium plate to prevent breaking the skid plate. This is really a weak point on my car.
@@datimir7301 damn, that’s a lot! Where do you take it to bash? I’ve snapped a motor shaft on my FTX vantage but not on this! After watching YT reviews to have that experience that sucks 😢
@BagDouken Seriously no concret, no skatepark, no to high jumps, nothing too wild - just having some fun. I have an old Carson Specter 4s that could take it 🤣 anyway I like it now with the upgrades but I would never buy it again.
@ that’s crazy! I agree it should be tougher than that! I have had a good experience with mine and I bash it pretty hard and send it pretty high I feel you , what you gonna get next time ?
You probably know this. Thenpur gear is probably getting stripped when the motor moves after a hard hit. I was surprised to see the chassis break. If you look at Shralp RC's video he abuses his MT10's a lot more than you did. I have two suggestions If you want too pickup additional ramps thrift stores and garage sales are good sources for skateboard ramps, which are very much like the ramp you have. @@michaeldorich4485 yeah if you take a heavy hit the motor will move, you’re right. The lunch level plays a big part too as the spur gear is made of cheese. @@BagDouken Yes I do have one! Haven’t broken anything yet. I’m just contemplated if I should upgrade the motor and esc but if it can’t hold the power I’ll just leave it the way it is.
@ if you’re gonna upgrade the power system just turn the punch down 👍🏾 it can handle the extra speed but if you put instant high stress on the gears they will fail! Went through a few spur gears finding that out!
Great video! On my mt10 the motor is at an angle. The part on the motor thats the furthest away from the mount it higher than the part thats the closest to the mount. I havent evben driven the car but i was gonna redo the mesh and thats how i saw it. Ive changed mounts but its still the same. So the pinion is a bit at an angle on the spur. It pretty small but still. Is your like that?
@@t3floz thanks! And yes that’s how it should be (as long as the pinion and spur aren’t crooked and spin freely. If the gears are spinning straight it’s good to run 👍🏾👍🏾
@ ah okay so the motor should be tilted at an angle and not completely parallel to the chassi? When you say the gears should spin straight how do you mean? Because now the pinion is tilted a little bit and not parallel completely with the spur, since the motor is at a small angle with the part the furthest away a bit higher than the part that’s fasten on the motor mount
I have the old max 10 3660 3200KV. How do you find the new 3652 sensored. Its a shame the 3665 can is to long. Recently just picked up the sc10 pro 4. May install the 3752 4100kv sensored in the SC10 and run on 2s for racing.

@BagDouken Yea going to put same as you in the MT10 so i can run 3s and put the 4100kv version in the SC10 pro4 and just run 2S. Thing is you race with 2s but the 3300kv is slow on 2s lol
